Multi-Platinum Music Producer - Anthony J Resta

music producer to the stars shawn mullins

Celebrity Imre (songwriter for Headspun), from time to time has Anthony J Resta throw down a few tracks. A back and forth relationship with one of the top music producers. It's almost a side-project for Anthony, as like many people, have a difficult time finishing songs, or getting their mix to sound like Karyadi's mixes. Imre loves all of the karyadi mixes, they are right on, powerful, lot's of bass and clarity that I've never seen at any other billion dollar studio. He's got his own thing going on, some mambo jambo mambo which I'm not sure what is. Anthony's client list includes Collective Soul, Duran Duran, Shawn Mullins and many more melodic rock bands from around the globe. Recently Imre stopped by Bopnique Musique studio to find Coby Grant emailing some fans, as she swept her hair across to welcome Imre to the land down under…. Australia, the home of beautiful women….did Gene Simmons say that? Imre was Assistant Engineer on Collective Soul’s "Afterwords". Imre also assisted with the in studio footage of Ryan Hoyle, Ed Roland, Anthony J Resta, Karyadi Sutedja, while working on drums for "Afterwords" music release.

"This is modern rock at its best" - Amy at Ludicrous Records Top 40, Rock, Pop, Billboard, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, Concert Promoters, Live Music. Do you think Headspun rocks? Download "Lullabye Baby" new rock song from the Headspun band at www.headspun.com. If you like more hard rock, then check out "Navigator" and "Ludicrous". World-known multi-platinum music producer who started at Berklee college of music in Boston, and has produced Collective Soul, Duran Duran, Shawn Mullins, New Collisions and more. It's endless how many bands say "I've worked Ajr and Karyadi Sutedja at Bopnique Musique and I want to go back soon with some more songs!" Why? Because of his skill to create infectious melodies and create a mix that grabs you while driving in your car...really magnetic to the listener. I noticed you have a nice sounding amp there, oh yes, it's a 62 deluxe, it sounds real fine, real nice. Oh. The beginning of 2010 signifies the first underground band to pave the way for other bands in the genre of heavy metal all the way to modern pop music. Celebrity Imre stated that, "because of help from a friend of mine who has worked with dozens of top professional musical recording acts and bands, he has helped the underground scene for decades…" The new Internet music business is totally different from the old music business model, as before you had professionals helping garage basement bands that rehearse many times a week while trying to pay the rent. Now you have the garage bands writing the songs, and doing all the marketing and business side too. The problem with that is if you want to be a creative genius, then you don’t have time and patience for twittering all day.
anthony j resta karyadi analog tape echo experiment collective soul
And if you are a business person, you don’t have time to pluck a guitar all day and try to sing a nice melody. In the old days you had five cleaver musicians in the band, now you have one guy doing it all. I think that’s a great effort, but the eggs are in too many baskets. Just then, the lightbulb lit, so I, being a promoter for many bands, there’s not much innovation in the business as there used to be, but there is a band that is almost for primetime with david letterman. We’ll even dave likes to rock out from time to time, he prefers original really good songs, none of this garbage stuff. He probably likes Headspun, they rock out! My friend is not trying to be mickey mouse, trent reznor, miley cyrus, jessica simpson.... Everything takes time…you can’t do everything, you can only be in one place at a time. But with the advent of technology, that may change soon. You can sit home anymore and get checks for all the plastic you sold this month, you have to play live. If it’s based on playing live, then who is writing the songs? Playing live is lots of hard work. Writing is lots of hard work. Can you do them both? Would if you picked one and went with that? Playing live would instantly bring in more money? In the long term you might strike it good with that great song you wrote last month. The record companies are suffering now because they can’t just place ads everywhere and then sell plastic. Now you have to actually do something, which is to build your fan base. Ads are not as effective as back before the wide use of the Internet. Oprah Winfrey is a fine woman, maybe she could marry tiger woods. Madonna is always a hot one to dance with, and rolling stones should change their name to rolling bones! Brad pitt is cool, while johnny depp is cooler, elton johns sings nice songs, and tom cruise sucks. Jay z is a god, and steven spielberg is….well, has done more than I know. Who knows where tom hanks is, probably at howard sterns house. Some people call him a celebrity, most fans say he is hotter than john mayer. A friend of mine hung out with john mayer, he is cute but not as sexy as the rock star of the year, or should I say the rock and roll hall of fame? You decide, he’s written a few classics while their were lines of concert going fans that went in and downstairs a hot stripper came over and said it’s like a biker club, not as much the place you would find a good of tommy lee. So I waited for sandy and michael as the roadie asked if he wanted the prs next to the jackson, and is it a marshall or a vox. Are you john or paul, he asked?

Angelina should marry
david letterman. Bon jovi should rock out with donald trump and celine dion. These are just some of the beautiful happy thoughts of a happy jolly jump-around-silly Bobby. I’m currently working on some big projects, not much to say about them, it’s hollywood, boston, texas, areas of florida, oh and possibly some in new york city, where the lights glow. Some video production and editing in los angeles with baby blue, that’s my sweetheart as echola. Some cool bands while I was in new york, the new collisions with sarah guild, did some video, in studio. Checking out bands like Adam Lambert, Celebrity Imre, Lady Gaga ……some really good artist out now 2010. But there’s one thing when it’s okay out, but when the rain comes down hard and I’m with Jo, he’s cranking the navigator mix from the studio and saying more bass, I ended driving off the road near margaritas in nashua. So anyway, a week earlier we said we’d stop by, I didn’t even know the guy, he goes sully, I said that I haven’t heard much of godsmack, some of them years ago. He laughed and said they can’t still be playing that stuff. Imre was on the phone and laughed, he was tracking some songs with anthony. The idea was to keep the website simple, but of course others want to change the look and feel of it until nothing works, but we went with a simple design for now, the fans don’t need to read 100 pages, just give them a few songs, that was michael’s idea. I don’t think karyadi was there with them, so I told bobby that the kids want one thing and that is to download free songs fast without hassles, drm, or hangcuffs.

They just want their shit and their out of there at a party somewhere and say "hey dude, did you hear the new headspun song called ‘
ludicrous’"? No, mannnnnn, let me hear it from your ipod, you got it loaded, let me hear that shit man, cooooool, coooool shit!!! Someone typed in a blog, I want free hard rock songs and pop songs to easily download to my ipod, cellphone device, can you fuckin help me? Help me before the drugs wear off, said beverly. At this party, we got kicked out of the house, cops broke it up and it started pouring and imre ran up a hill and slid down all wet mud on his face, that’s how he got the idea for ludicrous lyrics. So I’m asked if billboard is still relevent to the music business. Then some yelled out asking if trent reznor is gay, I think tom petty is one of the best music recording artists, he’s up their for writing rock songs, and even when everyone was into disco, tom was still playing his rickenbacker 12 string through his vox ac-30 jmi, he’s smoke a cigarette, toss it down and say " let’s play free falling" again. As the sun beats down and the boombox plays, you got lucky with me, who really got lucky, was it britney spears or coby grant, I think coby is sexy hotter than any britney. Now there's a ludicrous records and a ludicrous records...

New York Post has headlines on music celebrities and artists, such Michael Jackson, Inxs, Brittany Murphy, Tom Petty, Trent Reznor, Neil Finn, Foreigner, and Dave Matthews band. But when asked recent siting of Celebrity Imre at the MTV awards with that blond girl, then I saw Stephen Tyler singing songs while hitting the pop rock charts and if you go to this website to find the latest big hit song from Headspun. "I love that song called "Lullabye Baby", said Michael. I thought I saw a video on YouTube with clowns running around, not sure what song, I think it was called "This is Ludicrous". All I hear about at school is Headspun and Celebrity Imre. The music is really original and the vocals are fuzzy warm sounding like a tom petty meets trent reznor type of sound. Also a little bit of slayer in their heavier songs. I read somewhere that celeb imre is working with anthony resta. I looked it up and its bopnique musique. I guess the producer worked with collective soul, that’s cool, love them and duran, extreme. The Boston globe ran an article on music and…. Theyre on facebook as headspun and on twitter as headspun. They’re on myspace at www.myspace.com/headspunband.

There’s so much great music out there and it’s not free, should music be free? Huge festivals with dave matthews, counting crows, and national music acts that tour music nation is huge big money and expense touring the world with loads of amplifiers, guitars, microphones, pa’s…when looking into the road case I saw a photo of the black guitar god jimi hendrix my hero, jimmy page, the beatles stones
aerosmith foreigner are great live performance groups with stephen tyler singing walk this way talk this way, like this, headspun really have well crafted songs and their original rock songs really put them in a class of their own. I was at the Woolooming and saw celebrity imre and ajax walking out. Ajax opened the door for me while imre was talking about mixing something. Many of the heavy songs he used the black les paul, not sure what pickups. Also loves supro guitars like anthony j resta has and used on ajax rayovac "love is a twisted melancholy disease" which hit the charts, I think it almost made it to number 7. Anthony has this keyboard, well its like an organ but it plays a record, I think it called Octagon. If anyone knows what that is and how it works, let me know. Celebrity Imre stopped by the studio and checkout Scott working on a New Collisions song for their music release. They’ll be new songs like lullabye baby, ludicrous, been so long, this time, I am the walrus, and many others. This sounds close to the beatles and maybe get sued over the song. See if you think it is similar to the beatles song. George Harrison played a gretsch?

George Martin was the producer for the Beatles and helped them record many of the hits. Twist and shout, bulldog, dr robert, she said she said, please please me, yellow submarine, sgt pepper lonely hearts club band, very nice to see you , coming to our show….welcome Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (song). I bet he uses pyramid strings, never changes them but on the fender bass I know he used them because I played bass on some earlier songs like navigator. I play around boston with my band sean coleman "that’s that" and mental ear productions. He uses the bjfe pedals , might be distortion pedal. Bigpipe is a cool little box for line driving. John Soul made some custom distortion boxes which was a collective effort with another pedal builder. Landgraff suck, pete cornish suck, and any of those overpriced boutique overdrive distortion stomp boxes are useless, said John. I have all my high pitched colorful collection of ear-picks. It was in a UK music magazine with trent reznor and his guitar, next few pages was this black box, I thought it was called UTC. Celebrity Imre plays a fender twin with ox. I went over from bopnique one day to get a few mics. Amy was there at Echo studios where headspun record using techniques used by trent reznor, tom petty, michael penn, dave matthews, u2, and acdc. I guess metallica got dropped off the celeb imre list.

What is Imre’s favorite guitar? I would say he like his Coroner with a Univox pickup, he hasn’t played it much because it’s all out of tune, and besides the intonation, the frets are in the wrong place. RICK RUBIN Rick Rubin enjoys long walks on the beach, sushi dinners and hugs that warm the corners of the soul. Imre would like to have sushi with him some time to show songs....Behind the ZZ Top exterior lurks the soul of a Playmate. Rubin is also the most widely accomplished record producer of the past 20 years, getting career-best work out of everyone from the Dixie Chicks to the Red Hot Chili Peppers to Justin Timberlake--all of whom are vying for Album of the Year at the Grammys on Feb. 11. He's able to do this largely because his teddy-bear sensitivity defies every stereotype of his profession. Unlike Phil Spector, who allegedly motivated the Ramones by having them play at gunpoint, Rubin is neither crazy nor intimidating. Unlike Robert (Mutt) Lange, the obsessive genius behind AC/DC and Shania Twain, he has never ordered 80 consecutive vocal takes of a one-syllable lyric. "Those guys have made some of my favorite records," says Rubin. "But they had their method, and I have mine." Rubin doesn't read music or write lyrics, and has no idea what the knobs on a mixing board do. "I had my doubts," says the Dixie Chicks' Emily Robison. "How do you produce music if you can't say, 'O.K., from the D chord I want to hear going to the G?' But somehow it just works." Rubin's dominance of this year's Grammy Album category is unprecedented. So is the fact that other than platinum sales, his nominated discs--one country, one rock and one pop/soul--have absolutely nothing in common. Factor in his other big releases of the past two years--albums by Weezer, Neil Diamond and Johnny Cash--and it's clear his aesthetic range is essentially limitless.
